RESERVATIONS
•
Deposit are due
within 7 days of your request in order to confirm the reservation.
• A deposit of 50%
of the trip cost for each person is required to confirm a booking for
reservations made prior to April
1st.
• Reservations made
after April 1st;
100% of trip cost is required at time of booking.
• Deposits are
non-refundable and trip insurance is highly recommended.
• A confirmation of
your reservation with the deposit receipt will be sent to each person.
•
Rates are subject to change without notice.
FINAL PAYMENT
•
Final payments are
due no later than April 1st
the year of your trip.
•
If final payment has not been received by the due
date, trip is considered cancelled and no refunds will be given. You
will not be allowed to participate if your final payment has not been
received by due date.
CANCELLATIONS
•
All deposits are
non-refundable
• If FULL PAYMENT
has been made, 50% of payment may be applied to any available dates the
following year.
•
If you elect NOT to reschedule for the following
year, your entire payment will be forfeited.
LIABILITY WAIVER
Due to insurance requirements, each
angler wishing to participate in any trip arranged by Alaska Camping and Fishing Adventures must read and sign a liability waiver
and a copy of these terms and conditions.
CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
Please finalize your trip as soon
as possible, last minute changes not only affect your trips but other
guests also. A $50 change fee will be assessed per person for all changes
made after
April 1st
the year of your
trip.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to our
policies at any time.
Credit Card Security
We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the
worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal.
If you choose to use a PayPal account, your personal credit card information
will not be given to us.
